I love being able to help others with the vehicle of Young Living, a company that is so aligned with my vision!  I see a world where everyone knows they have a choice, where there is balance, good health, inner harmony and fairness for people and animals. My passion is emotional wellness and comfort for us all, and I would be honoured and happy to help you with this too.

I enhance and celebrate people's lives and animals' lives by sharing the unique benefits of nature's living energy through an essential oils enhanced lifestyle.

I am also a Registered Psychotherapist in Toronto, Canada where I have been in private practice for over 40 years, working extensively with trauma and trauma impacts.  I bring my joy and skills from this work, as well as my belief that everyone can heal and feel happy, to the ways that I am able to help people.  I combine these oils with tools from Energy Psychology for additional ways to feel better and can teach you to do the same!.

I'm having fun while living healthy and toxin-free and sharing ways to make others’ lives and their animals' lives better and healthier!  

I am at my best when I am encouraging, empowering and fair. I love to be in the woods, among trees and have set up my backyard home with trees that are now large and provide a rustic setting for peace and calmness. I also enjoy music and dancing!  I would be happy to help you optimize your health, and your animals’ health, on all levels too!
